Deposits - Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated an advanced reservation will not be confirmed without the payment of a deposit. The deposit will usually be equal to the first nights accommodation. Payments for deposits can be made by cheque, money order, on the internet or by phone with your credit card or by cash if paying in person.

If, for any reason, the reservation is cancelled prior to 6:00pm on the day of arrival the deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee, provided that the accommodation is resold. The cancellation fee is $30.00 or the first nights tariff whichever is the lesser amount. If the accommodation is not resold the entire deposit will be retained.

Where a customer fails to arrive or fails to cancel a reservation by 6:00pm on the day of arrival without prior arrangement the reservation will be cancelled and the entire deposit will be retained regardless of the accommodation being resold.
